Senior Customer Service Representative

Southwest Regional Water District is accepting applications for the position of Sr. Customer Service Representative. This is a non-bargaining, non-exempt position and the selected candidate will be an At Will Employee of the District. The pay range is $22.57 / hour to $28.00 / hour. The actual rate will be based on knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) of the selected applicant. 

This position will complete a variety of tasks such as billing, new taps, meter reading, and answering customer phone calls. Acceptable qualifications include good communication, organizational and math skills as well as use of computers, copiers, and other standard business office equipment; and administrative skills including MS Office Suite; and ability to qualify for an employee fidelity bond. Applicant must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
